WHAT ARE CLASSES LIKE?
THE CLASSES:
Classes are held at the CrossFit 350 Gym at 713 W. Joliet St. in Ottawa. Each class is either 20 40 or 60 mins depending on the age of the child. Classes always consist of proper warmup and stretching, a Metcon and we always end with a game. We send the kids home on a high note and we hope they will leave saying they had fun!

Sarah Nanouski is passionate about passing on her love of CrossFit to area children. The CrossFit method has brought Sarah a very positive journey through fitness that she is passing on through her classes!

Our classes are set up to be enjoyable and fun for kids of all ages.
What will parents see? They’ll see an increase in performance and confidence. They’ll see emotional wellness and self awareness – of who they are and what they are capable of. The social bonds that you create from something hard together. They run together they suffer together.
If they don’t go out for a sport this can be their sport. OR CrossFit kids can help them to gain the confidence to try out for the sport they have been thinking about trying.
Some kids don’t want a big competition. Just go, fit in, have fun. For kids who are driven and want to improve – come in and use this as a tool to better the sports you are already in. A platform to tell kids that you can be either way.
Some kids will want to get athletic achievement out of class. Some kids will want to move and have fun and be social. Our classes will achieve both of these goals for participants. For kids who need emotional support it will be fun and enjoyable for them. They aren’t held to a standard of who wins. You get out of it what you put into it.
